Sometimes Cayenne remote service may be available, while a separate service supporting remote events can be down (e.g. XMPP service is separate from servlet container) Currently an attempt to create a ClientChannel results in exception. I'd like to make it an option to ignore event channel failures if the service is otherwise operational. This will be a 3.0 only addition.
