Second run took 17 minutes. So did a "mvn clean" (minute and a half)
followed by a "mvn" (another 17 minutes).
I'm hoping/guessing that a lot of this is due to checking versions
over the internet. I vaguely recall that there's a way to maybe
surpress this behavior.
