Remove API for flipping callbacks state in the ClientServerChannel - this is a non-feature
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: CAY-833
URL: https://issues.apache.org/cayenne/browse/CAY-833
Project: Cayenne
Issue Type: Improvement
Components: Cayenne Core Library
Affects Versions: 3.0
Reporter: Andrus Adamchik
Assignee: Andrus Adamchik
Priority: Minor
Fix For: 3.0
An ability to enable/disable callbacks in the ClientServerChannel seems useless - callbacks should be always on. So that's a non-feature. They will be effectively disabled if there are no listeners. So I will be deleting the new 3.0 methods:
- isLifecycleCallbacksEnabled
- setLifecycleCallbacksEnabled
and the underlying non-public methods invoked form them
