VOTE: Move to Java 5 for Cayenne 3.0

    I know we had a long discussion on the matter of moving the Cayenne 3.0
    codebase over to Java 5 on the developer list and had a poll on the user
    list. The results of that poll were unanimously in support of Java 5, with
    17 respondents.

    Since this is a bit of a big change for us, and Ari had expressed some
    concern, I'd like to just take a vote to ensure this is the direction we are
    heading.

    +1 indicates support for moving to Java 5 as the base target for Cayenne
    3.0, -1 is strongly opposed.
