I'm not convinced this is a bug, but I suppose I can see an argument
being made where the table PKs are States, Countries, etc that you
want to map to an enum. I'm just not a fan of meaningful PKs, I
suppose, but that doesn't mean my opinion is necessarily the correct
one for everyone. Would you like me to look at this, too?
