Phew... just finished all the split/outer join tasks. This allowed me
to close a whole bunch of related Jiras, so hopefully the new release
will make a bunch of users happy. I have a few smaller things before
we can tag the release. I guess I can take care of CAY-1046 task that
Kevin opened - it is fairly straightforward and we won't have to wait
till he comes back from vacation to post the release.
In the meantime I encourage everyone to try the new split/outer join
stuff and let me know if things don't work as expected (or not very
usable for whatever reason).
