    From my point of view it is not efficient :(.

    Of course, not all JIRA notifications should go to the dev list - only
    'creation'
    and 'comments' to issues, since they are a part of the discussion (and of
    course replying on the list to them to be attached automatically to the
    issue).

    This was very simple and efficient to follow the progress of Cayenne.
