I've been trying to fix it for weeks now. I tried again last night, but Confluence was dead at the times I was trying (over a period of about 2 hours). Every time I submitted a page I got a server error.

Recently there was a separate breakage where pages would export from Confluence but the rsync to the live production server was failing. I think that may be fixed now.
