I have fixed the problem. It was due to the new logic assigning the name to
the map at the parsing time. It uses InputSource::getSystemId() to get the
path of the InputSource, and when called from GUI, System ID was not set
(null). I explicitely added SystemId to the InputSource I am creating in
GUI. By the way, the hardcoded delimiters in the path ("\") will not work
correctly on Linux...
