Note that I fixed a few problems with UserGuide
[http://objectstyle.org/cayenne/userguide/index.html ]. Latest
additions/changes:

- (main fix) added navigation bar to each page so that it can be browsed
page by page
- expanded design section
- added UML class diagrams to some of the design pages.

But of course this is still work in progress...
