how to update AUTO_PK_SUPPORT ?

    After having changed my database schema by adding a couple of
    new tables I have generated the corresponding new classes
    with the modeler.
    But I had to insert manually the necessary rows in the AUTO_PK_SUPPORT
    table to take into account the evolution.
    Is it the normal procedure or do I missed something in the modeler ?
