Cayenne 1.0 Release Candidate is out

    Cayenne RC1 is out. Download at

    This release includes:

        * new site and documentation look (with much friendlier User and
    Modeler Guide having contextual table of contents on the right)
        * Modeler Guide finally started to shape up, even though there is
    still lots of work to do here
        * initial support for DB2 database
        * lots of bug fixes (see release notes fro details)

    [Note to B4 users]: CayenneModeler upgrade is *strongly* recommended,
    since B4 has a nasty bug that would delete your entities when you
    simply try to delete an attribute.

    Future Cayenne plans are (after the long vacation I am about to take
    :-)):

       * finish 1.0 final
       * release Mac OS X distribution of CayenneModeler (CayenneModeler.app)
       * release cayenne-examples distribution (currently some are available
    from CVS under contrib/examples)
       * continue development of new features for 1.1
