I don't know the answer to the rest of your questions, but any experience
you have with EOModeler and EOF is only going to be a boon. I haven't found
any dissimilarities yet. There are some speciality/niche things you can do
with EOF that you can't do with Cayenne yet, but most of them appear to be
on the "todo" list.
