While performing reverse engineering, is it possible to say the modeller
*not* to pick tables matching a particular pattern?

As an unrelated note, it would be helpful to have Select All/Unselect All
buttons in "Generate Classes" dialog as for a schema with some 300 tables it
takes a while to manually check all the stuff.
