Here is what I use for testing (of course you will have your own user
name, url and password):

DB Adapter: org.objectstyle.cayenne.dba.firebird.FirebirdAdapter
Username: sysdba
Password: masterkey
URL: jdbc:firebirdsql:192.168.0.23/3050:/home/andrus/opt/cayenne.gdb
Driver: org.firebirdsql.jdbc.FBDriver
