Relational Query problem?

    Hello,
    I get cardNo List from Card Table but I want to get a another List. This
    List constitute of cardNo list which has Personel Table Relation from
    Personel Table. I use ExpressionFactory to do this but not be successfull.

    How can I use query to work a query(getting cardNo list) with control of
    having another table relation.
