I wanted to thank Andrus, Mike, and Gentry for their help over the past
couple of days... Thanks to your feedback I think I now have workarounds
for most of the features I was missing in Cayenne. I think the only
feature I will absolutely have to implement is SQL index/limit support
and adding this sounds easy enough.
