JForum is to SourceForge's forum system what JIRA to SourceForge's bug
reporting system; there is simply no comparison.

Anyway, if you register an account the software will allow you to track
new posts since your last visit, watch specific forums or messages and
allow users to send you private messages. Please give this new system a
try and send me some feedback.
