Just to clarify, thread local pattern (as implemented by
WebApplicationContextProvider and WebApplicationContextFilter) also
saves DataContext in the session. Cayenne web filters are designed to
bind a session instance of DataContext to the thread ... Only without
Tapestry involvement.
