Thanks! Adding the filter to what I have currently and removing the
listener seems to work well on Jetty 5.1.6. I am now seeing many log
messages saying 'DataContext bound, continuing in chain'. I will still test
this issue on Tomcat using the listener, but I would think the filter would
be fine for all my work current and future.
