I downloaded NetBeans and played with the GUI builder for about 15
minutes (I know, not a lot of time). It reminded me *A LOT* of an
X-Windows GUI builder I used in the early 1990s (so much for progress?).
It's probably usable (that's all I'd say about the X-Windows one), but I
don't know how well it refactors/scales/etc. It certainly isn't an
InterfaceBuilder. :-)
Ah well...
/dev/mrg
PS. I still think I like Eclipse as a better overall editor. I didn't
play with the NetBeans profiler, either.

Subject: Re: Using Cayenne with a GUI Builder
I wanted to evaluate NetBeans GUI builder for some time. Just waiting
for a good project to come up. If you have any positive/negative
experience with it (including integration with Cayenne), please share.
