    I look the below link and use QueryMetadata.NO_CACHE but the result is not
    change. Maybe I can forget somethings. I use the SelectQuery and setCachePolicy
    (QueryMetadata.NO_CACHE).
    This seems to be refresh the query only once not many for running the query
    with changing the database entities.
