Scheduled Jira Upgrade

    FYI:

    I am planning to do a Jira upgrade on objectstyle.org around next
    Monday-Tuesday (03/13-03/14), so there can be some downtime. The
    upgrade is prompted by a bug in our Jira installation that results in
    corrupted backups, but I am sure everybody will find the newer jira
    to be more powerful and user-friendly.
