    Umm... sorry I misled you. There is no EJBQL *INSERT*, but there is
    most certainly a DELETE.

    EJBQLQuery delete = new EJBQLQuery("delete from Artist a where a.id in
    (1, 2, 3)");

    (id has to be an object property).
