PK Generation Strategy not set on reverse reengineer schema

    not major, but annoying: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAY-1134

    I just reverse-engineered a medium sized innodb mysql schema into cayenne
    3.0.1 modeler and noticed I have to manually set primary key generation
    strategy to "database generated" although all the tables have auto increment
    set for their primary keys.

    Any other voter for this issue? :-)
