Eclipse jars

    Hi,

    is it okay if the wolips build requires a copy of Eclipse? The idea is
    to get rid of all the jars in the lib folder and to enable the build
    against different Eclipse versions. Anyway you have to set the the
    'ECLIPSE_HOME' in the build.properties.

    This does not effect the build of woproject.
