It's a bug in WOLips. Update to 1.0.7.27 trough the update manager to
fix it.

You have to modify the build.xml manually.

There are two different products with the same name ProjectBuilder on
win and mac. ProjectBuilderWO is the one used on win platforms. PBX is
the ProjectBuilder on MacOSX.
