    the download is not listed on the download page. Anyway you could
    download a patched ant plugin for 2.1.3 directly from sf.net:
    http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/woproject/
    org.eclipse.core.ant.patched_for_Eclipe_2.1.x.tar.gz?download
