OK ... Try again from fresh.
You no longer need Callisto unless you want Maven (which I think
doesn't ACTUALLY require callisto stuff, but maybe just has an old
dependency) or probably the TPTP plugins. So when I install WOLips,
I uncheck Win Goodies, Maven, and TPTP and install the rest.
