Entity Modeler toolbar icons unexpectedly appear when outline view is selected

When wolips is installed if you select the outline view in any perspective the Entity Modeller toolbar icons will all of a sudden appear on the toolbar. When focus leaves the outline view they will disappear, this happens independently of the current editor type.
This is extremely annoying if your toolbar is not wide enough to accommodate the extra icons as the toolbar expands to two rows and the click event that caused you to select the outline view will be applied to a different target to the one that was under the mouse when it was clicked. The same thing happens when the outline view looses focus.
Given that these icons are only useful when editing an eomodel they shouldn't appear unless the active editor is an eomodel.
