FYI, although no F3/OpenDeclaration exists directly in context menu,
this functionality is manifest today in either of two ways
    1) With the Cmd key pressed, the component name in the WOD becomes a
hyperlink, so click and it is open.
    2) Install the AnyEdit plugin which among a few useful features
provides a context menu item to open any file by just selecting the
text name in any view or file type.
