Command-Shift-E to add an entity, select Properties view, first field
Command-Shift-A to add an attribute, select Properties view, first field
Command-Shift-R to add a relationship

Also shortcuts to select the various view (Outline, Properties, "Details") would be helpful to allow keyboard only work.
