Replying to myself......
Solution: Close model (probably safeest thing to do). Using vi or
whatever, open the index.eomodeld file *inside* you eomodel package.
Remove both the EOModel JDBC info *and* the Entity Modeler JDBC info.
Save. Reopen model, generate SQL works again.
