Alpha 5 Release planning

    I suggest to have Alpha 5 till the end of the year. We have lots of changes
    that would be nice to release. I will have some time 2 weeks from now to
    clean up loose ends and update documentation. Suggested target date is
    December 20-21.

    Is it OK with everyone?
