ASHWOOD - packages renamed

    Upon our discussion I renamed packages in ashwood.
    net.ash -> org.objectstyle.ashwood. The new structure is considered as permanent.

    otherlib now includes ashwood-28012003.jar instead of ashwood-01252003.jar and the imports in DefaultSorter are changed accordingly.
