I've put it in; all it does is check for an existing setup in
Configuration.isLoggingConfigured(). Still works for me in a standalone
app, Modeler and a web app; when an existing setup is detected, Cayenne
will simply do nothing and use the existing logging.
Hopefully this will make logging easier for most people..
