Data Views are in the usable state, at least they already work heavily in my
reinsurance Swing demo app deployed as javaws on the web. They still do not
support the automatic DataView loading from the cayenne project file bundle.
DVModeler supports this, of course, from the beginning. It is nearly OK for
Cayenne 1.1 alpha release, I think. And I plan to do some more work on it to
fully base it on my Rowan later on. Currently I put much time into Rowan
development trying to make it a useful Swing app framework (there are many
new interesting things implemented like centralized advanced resource
management, ApplicationContext, and application services centric approach,
etc.) Despite this, I hope to try and prepare Data Views to the upcoming
Cayenne 1.1 alpha release along with some introductory docs over next week
    or two.

    Andriy.
