Description:
Compare: DataDomain.removeMap() and DataDomain.removeDataNode(). Both deal with removing DataMaps no longer in use, however removeDataNode() fails to call "getEntityResolver().removeDataMap(map);" thus leaving the dead map in the entity resolver...
This is NOT critical for most runtime environments, as they normally never use this API (and can always code an easy workaround)
