    ---------------------------------------------------------------------
            Key: CAY-403
Summary: Incorrect FK statement during schema generation for cross-DB relationships
           Type: Bug

         Status: Assigned
       Priority: Minor

        Project: Cayenne
     Components:
                 Cayenne Core Library
       Fix Fors:
                 1.2 [DEV]
       Versions:
                 1.2 [DEV]

       Assignee: Andrus Adamchik
       Reporter: Andrus Adamchik

        Created: Fri, 2 Dec 2005 5:10 AM
        Updated: Fri, 2 Dec 2005 5:10 AM

    Description:
This is described in a note attached to the cross-db example:

    http://objectstyle.org/confluence/display/CAY/Multiple+Databases+Example

"Note that there is an incosequential bug in schema generator - Cayenne attempts to create an FK constraint across two databases. This operation fails for obvious reasons. A "Table not found: DEPARTMENT.." exception is printed to the console, but application continues, ignoring it. This will be fixed soon, and does not affect general Cayenne cross-db functionality."
