    Well, either the last vote failed or it didn't. I had raised the
    notion of failing it and someone (I don't recall who) suggested to
    just table it. If the latter, the release manager can opt to release
    whenever so long as the requisite 3 +1 PMC votes have been cast. If
    we want to treat it as a completely new vote, I'm fine with that as
    well, but I'd rather not say we tabled the last one. I think that
    induces too much confusion.

    In any event, the new artifacts should be fully tested before a vote is cast.
