    Hi Jean,

    Hmm... this works for me. To debug this further could you provide the
    following information:

    1. All the Cayenne logging printed on startup. Do you see the connection
    being made to the database?

    2. All 3 XML files that comprise the Cayenne project mapping and maybe
    your web.xml as well.
