    At least for the user list, I prefer the old way where a Reply-all hits both
    the list and the sender.

    If I don't want to send to the user, I can delete them from the response.

    Under the "new" way, I have to manually cut-and-paste their address back
    into it.

    But whatever the majority prefers.
