Just for grins, can you try doing a "jar tvf classes12.zip" and making
sure it's a valid archive and includes the .class for the driver? Also,
can you post the full stack trace?

Did you navigate and select the file or typed in "c:\classes12.zip"? The
"\" usually precedes special characters like newline "\n".

I set the classpath in cayenne modeler
by doing this
Tools -> Preference -> classpath then enter c:\classes12.zip and save,
but still i am getting same error

Is the Oracle JDBC Driver JAR in your CLASSPATH?
