What would such a DTD look like? There are clearly defined rules for sure,
but the structure of the document is really rather free form. I'd have to
look into it, but I suspect the DTD cannot represent this. Something more
flexible, such as XMLSchema, may allow for this, but not having much
experience with it, I cannot say for certain.
