    I'm not sure DataPort is meant to solve foreign key problems or more
    generally to be a robust, generic and scalable solution for converting
    between arbitrary databases where the source database is possibly
    corrupt.

    Isn't DataPort rather an example of something that can be modified to
    do what one needs?

    For our project I've mangled dataport to do my dirty deeds(e.g.
    handling duplicate!! primary keys, etc.).
