If anyone working on IDEA, Eclipse, Cayenne, or Tapestry has
outstanding Macintosh performance issues where an Apple tech support
incident would help, please let me know offlist. I have two tech
support incident that will expire in two days, and would love to have
it go to help the tools I and my clients use every day.
This would require, most likely, having already filed the needed
performance bug report.
As Matt Drance pointed out, tech support incidents do not make Apple
fix bugs, instead, they get a DTS engineer to look at the problem in
hopes of finding a workaround.
