Yep, I think we have lazy consensus on the move to Apache SVN as soon
as practically possible. I just checked in the major part of CAY-470
last night. Most things I will be doing now is cleanup. I suggest
that we schedule M12 for next week (03/22).
After that (and only after all CLA's are received) we then schedule a
transfer date with Infra. Until that date we continue checking in to
CVS as usual. Lets postpone the specific date discussion till next
week when the CLA situation hopefully clears.
