    Tell me about it. We bought WO at the $50K price in 1999! Oh well, it was
    only V.C. money.

    We've found support from this mailing list (and the source) to be better
    than Apple's. In fact we'd stopped paying for Apple's support a couple of
    years ago because it was so seldom helpful.
